I have a prepaid mob no. 9501191954 . I have seen that when i remained in J&K where prepaid Mob of other circles do not work, the company activate the additional services at their own against which additional charges are required to be paid, without any option given by me for that service and deduct the charges without my. information , I have talked so many times to the customer care executives but the practice is not stopped..this time on 20/03/2012 i had checked through massage that there was no service active on my phone and the balance was Rs. 105/.-and gone to J&k.to day I have come back to Punjab and seen that my balance was Rs. 65/- only .Since I had not used the no. during this period , reasons for deduction of Rs. 40/- were asked from the customer care. they told that there was a service active on my phone from 29/02/2012 and deductions were made. i am to state that i was also in J&k in that period, the question of offering of my option to get activation of that service does not arise. So company activated the service without my option given for that service. This is a bad practice opted by the company. Most of the persons are not aware of this type of deductions and company is getting benefit illegally.This happened so many times with me. Now the customer care executive has stopped the option to talk with them from my no. Kindly take action against the coy and get refund of my deductions and warn them to stop such practice.
