no free surfing rs. 14 pocket internet card and i have no activate dialer tune but rs.20 deducted and activate the dialer tune.
I Understand that it really hurts if you have to pay for something you have not opted for. However I must add here that these processes are automated and do not generally start without customer validation. I would just recommend you to speak to the customer care and sort this out

I guess your DND service is not activated which helps you to prevent all such unwanted activations. Call the customer care and get your DND activated.

my complaint regarding cut my balance daily RS-10. i complain in cusomer center 121 but he does not solve my problem, and say you have use net pack but i never use, when i need to use net then first i recharge Rs-14 pack after then i use net. I have recharge from 100 rupees daily you cut my balance, i am suffering this problem many tines and i complain many time in customer care center but you does not give me solution, now i have only one option to switch from your sevices.

they have cut my balance 200 TO 300 3MONTH back and 9/5/2014 Agin cut my balance rs5
when i have call on 198 service complent they said me that we are having server problem we well check any said your numer any wap video download but i donot any download the video buz i m not use in internet.
