[Resolved] Aircel — balance deduction | |||
My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out. I am Sk Raihan Ahmed, My mobile no is [protected](aircel),my complain is regarding on deduction of my main balance. There is no reason but it deducted by 10 paisa several times in a day. but tonight it deduct 11 Rs from my main balance. I called customer care several time,but they said our server is not updated and also one of the customer officer is misbehave with me and giving some bad argument to me .
this is not only my problem it is many guys problem now a days.
So my humble request to you please do something and take some steps against them.

aircel testing his 3g service in khajpur, patna.But network coverage so poor tht i cant tell...i already complaint abt this to coustmer servie...problem was solved for 1 week but its problem appears again.so kindly rwequest to give full network coverage in my area.thier 2g is aslo in bad condition.

I inform you that an unauthorised value added service “HELLO TONES ON DEMAND” has been on my mobile w.e.f. last one week in February, 2011 and a sum of Rs.30/- has also been deducted from my balance.
The matter of starting an authorized value added service on my mobile is increasing and it is taking a dangerous proportion. I am enable to understand how Airtel is charging me for unauthorized service. Is Airtel in collusion with value added service provider ? I demand an urgent explanation.
Please credit the amount of Rs.30/-(Rs. Thirty only) on my mobile Balance,

I,Ankit chawla, Mob No-[protected], Aircel user have been facing a problem of balance deduction w/o ant consent of mine, Despite calling Customer care, They are not responding to it. I did not expected such behavior for the service provider.
Complaint:- Quite a few service has been activated on my my no. without taking any consent from me. Now the service provider is denying the fact. I have checked my sent box and all the calls and neither has been made towards Aircel for activation of the services.
There should be an action taken against these kind of things as it has become a regular practice of telecom operators

Aircel — deducted my balance
Sir,I am Jitendra Kumar Singh. I am customer of Aircel([protected]).They deducted Rs 30 from my account on basis of activation of service(Dailler Tone) which was not activated by me. I calling to customer care for this matter but I did not get good response. Plz Sir kindly help me. I not activated this service. Plz refund my balance by AIRCEL and de activated this servive.

Aircel — Balance deduction however DND has been activated before more than 60 Days
Aircell is activating services automatically from more last 4 Months. Complaint is being registered again and againg but no one is taking care of it.I had activated DND services on 14th November 2011. As per them it must be activated withing 45 Days however i am getting Messages and promotional call.
I have send e-mail to nodalofficer.[protected]@aircel.co.in appellape.[protected]@aircel.co.in and waiting for there responce.
This is not acceptable at all.
Please help.
