[Resolved]  Aircel — balance deduction

My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out.

श्रीमान जी मेरे मोबाईल नम्बर ये है [protected] और मैंने 22 जूलाई को आप के यहाँ पर complan की थी aircel company ने मेरे 39 रुपये काट लिए और अब 198 और 121 कस्टमर केयर फ़ोन भी नहीं लगता और 600 sms भी काट लिए है और मेरा बैलेंस भी नहीं लोटाया है

this is to complaint that now and then my balance has been cut for no reason... they deduct 30 and after that 20.. and they also sending serivece messages to download which is a chargeable service. I request you to kindly take necessary action

I Palash Dhanotiya have purchased a new IRCEL Sim having Mobile No. [protected] about
15-20 Days Before.

on that particular SIM i got a autogenerated call from the company on 9th dec Evening and i
receive that call but i didn't press any key during the call.

The call is regarding the activation of service name "Music Contest" but i am not requested
for that service.

After few minutes the call is disconnected automatically and 20 Rs. will be deducted from my
account.

Then I registered the complain on 10th dec. having Complain no. SR 1-[protected] regarding this
matter then after the service is deactivated on my mobile no. but still i am not getting my
account balance refunded.

so please do the necessary action the company and provide me the justice as soon as possible.

My balance deducted by 30 rs.without any reason...many times i called to customer care but they does not help me..my mob. no. is [protected]...check it and refund my balance as soon as possible...
My mobile number is [protected] (aircel punjab jalandhar circle) registered by name Paramjit Singh. My gprs validity as well as data was remaining. Even when i inquired about gprs balance (*126*3#), it showed 2G data used: 198360.00 (in KB). I had activated rs. 124 pack which was for 3 months with 1 GB data usage per month. Thus I had about 800 MB remaining. It is worth mentionable that *126*3# shows some data used, only when pack is active, otherwise it shows data used 0.00 or "No buckets active".

I used internet (with APN aircelgprs on PC, as i did before) and downloaded about 23 MB data from a free song site (hotjatt.com), but after that my WHOLE BALANCE (ABOUT RS. 250) WAS DEDUCTED from my account.

I did not get proper response from customer care centre. They said that my pack was not active, but as already mentioned, my pack was active with a lot of space remaining

I just want that money back in my account as deduction is not justified.

I have been deducted rs.7 for dialer tune services and when i complained about it,they subscribed me to music on connect and deducted rs.10,for which on complaining,they unsubscribed me from the service..
but,there is no refund for it,when i demand an explanation for it they are continuously disconnecting me....

Sir, On 4th may I activated a daily panchang service at rent of RS.1 Per day But due to low balance on 5th there comes a message from the service provider that your service has been deactivated.But when today on 7th may when I recharge my acoount they again activated the service and deducted a balance of RS.30 for the service without any notification and they are not ready for the refund.

my mob. no. is [protected] (aircel) , sunil rajput.... on 18/05/2012 at 10 am rs 10/- is deduct from my balance & i have received an msg that i got subscribed to bollywood pack sucessfully for 10 day... & after 5 minutes i have got an another msg that i successfully unsubscribed from bollywood pack...

when i call to their customer care , the call has been disconnect two times without giving the proper solution...
i need my balance refund.. plz take some action...

Hy sir,i am anshuman kumar from patna.
i am using an aircel from around 2 months.Today around 12.00 PM my some balance got diducted without my asking for any service. when i called consumer court then they refused to return my balance saying that i had download some game from somwere.
sir i didnt downloaded any game and i want my credit back else next month i will port my number.

hello sir today my 20 rs got diducted ,The same happend me on 19th of this month when my 25 rs got diducted and when i ranged customer care they refused to return the money by saying i have downloaded some crap games from some link which i never downloaded please refund my both amount else i m goin to change my operator or number.
