[Resolved]  Aircel — balance deduction

My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out.

श्रीमान जी मेरे मोबाईल नम्बर ये है [protected] और मैंने 22 जूलाई को आप के यहाँ पर complan की थी aircel company ने मेरे 39 रुपये काट लिए और अब 198 और 121 कस्टमर केयर फ़ोन भी नहीं लगता और 600 sms भी काट लिए है और मेरा बैलेंस भी नहीं लोटाया है

My no is [protected], I received a call from aircel, they told that, they give me a free music for some days( i dont know no of days, may be 30) and after 4-5 days, I received a message, that 'you have subscribed to aircel musicConnect at Rs 30 and my balance remain only 26 instead of 56, even I have not applied for this service...I called customer care, but I have not received my balance yet...please give me a solution so that i can get my balance back...
Hi My Name is Abdul, Yesterday I did a recharge of Rs.30. When I tried calling a friend it says as you don't have sufficient balance where I have not even made a single call. This is not the first time. I have been facing many issues as such where my balance gets deduced without any information. When I try to call CC it asks me that its chargeable. How will I call if its not leaving any balance in my account. I have no service activated as dialer tune or such. Just the internet pack which is still valid and sms pack. I face network issues. very weak signals. Never thought Aircel would make my life so miserable.

i subscribed to AIRCEL net card of 41 rs 4 days back and i had 55 rs balance but today when i checked 50 rs balance was gone and i didn't make any calls. When i called customer care he says that balanced has been deducted because i downloaded from some chargeable site. Well i didn't
they are not giving any satisfactory reply they keep on saying i used the chargeable sites. I don't know what is that

Iam too one of the person being troubled by aircel automatic vas and other activation which is being done without my involvement(concern).What is the way to restore my balance to my account?And also inform me the way to stop this kind of activation...
On strict notice to aircel, either u guys deactivate pocket internet on my no and refund my balance else am going to court, am fed up with your customer care and probably one of the worst companies in Indian mindset, do make my feelings wrong and help me out else some day your own idea will bite you back..

we are not dumb and our courts are good enough to understand your skinny behaviour..its time for you to act else will move to court.

I tried my best to stop it by calling the customer care as well as the VAS service number but i cannot stop it. I therefore request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Since sunday the 25th of may 2013 I have been continuously calling the customer care and except for one time my call was never put forward. On the sunday morning I had received a message stating that a certain pplay had been activated which FYI- I had never activated in the first place. After this message I had called the customer care (Who by the way was very rude and charged me of lying) to deactivate the service which she never did because the moment i had my account recharged INR 10 was deducted from my balance after this till date i have continuously been trying to call the customer care but to no result and today again INR 10 has been deducted from my account for a crappy thing called pplay, also INR 10 will be deducted from my account after every two days as per the message. I have even visited the pplay site but there is no option to deactivate the service. Aircel i think has started to walk on the foot prints of an impostor with no other motive but to deduct account balance from their customer. The customer care executive even went as far as "do you really think that an online complaint in the consumer forum affects us?" Aircel-you have the worst service and the worst customer support ever.
my aircel number is [protected].yesterday ie july 8th some health service pack has been activated withoit my concern..i was working with my laptop at that time.around rs 50 has been deducted.i sent sms for deactivating the service for which rs 6 has been charged ..finally through a call i deactivated the service..earlier one month back similar issue arised..i lost 35 rupees at that time..upto now i lost around rs 100 ...i am thinking to change network using portability ..

I want to know what is Glam Diva Pack?? I am using aircel prepaid, I didnt subscribe anything from the company but Rs 30/- was deduct from my account. Received 1 sms from DD-AIRCEL and it say Dear subscriber, Glam Diva Pack is renewd at Rs. 30/-.0/30days. I swear i didnt subscribe the above mentioned pack. Kindly revert my balance.
I had recharged Rs. 50/- yesterday at 12. Around 2 pm my balance was Rs. 0.01/-. I also have on-net power card (Rs. 28/-), but I have been charged 1 rupee per min for a aircel no.

my no is [protected] .deduction 15rs for miss call alert on 16 sep i m not active any service then again 19 sep deduction 15 rs for unknown serveice.then again deduct 15 rs on 23 sep ..its not 1st time with me when i rechage my account in 2 or 4 days 0 blanace in my account when i contact 121 the tell u active bla bla services...aircell now become that cheap the deduct balance for that services wich not activeted by me..

[protected] ... aircel is ducting my balance on each and every altenative day from past one month 2-3 times i ignored but now this is too much i called to customer care they said that was by mistake and they will refund me back within 48 hours but i waited more then 10 days and after 10 days they again deducted my balance but still ther is no response ... customer care said that there is no service activate on my no. so my amount will surely refunded aircel is just a fraud company .. have so many friends with the same issue ...my disputed amount is rs.30 and my complaint numbers are[protected] and[protected] .. kindly take any action so that customers can trust on these websites
The company has activated some VAS service on my Aircel No. When I called them they directed me to register my complain on 198. At 198 they directed me too register my complain at [protected]. But there they said that i have to contact on customer support no. i then tried to call them om 121 & 198 but bow they have put my no. on blacklist.
Two days back aircel deducted rs. 50 from my mobile no. [protected] without any prior intimation . From last two days I have been calling them but they are not at all reachable. Please look into this issue asap
mene 21 ka recharge karva rkha h([protected]) or mene jis number pe([protected]) message kiya h us number pe bi 21 ka recharge krva rka h fir bi 1 rupees deduction hua h msg ka and chak more detail in both number.
Video Talkies service activated without request and Rs. 50 has been charged.

On 6th March at 7.30 PM, received an SMS saying been charged Rs.50 for Video Talkies.

No such service was requested or activated any time. I need a detailed explanation on how this happened. Kindly look into this and do the needful in refunding the wrongly deducted amount at the earliest, thanks!

Also deactivate any new services aircel has planned to activate on my phone without my consent in the future too!!!...
