Hi, Please call [protected] ( Aircel Customer care number), i tried this number before mentioning it to you, and it is working absolutely fine. Please check the Aircel website for more details. my card stop anytime .It get full network then also no income calls can come & no outgoing call go in any mobile.

I am happy with my aicel card there is good internet speed but there is no network in vithalwadi and ulhasnagar city i request to aicel pls improve your network
Aircel cellular — No response from Customer care
i recently migrated over to Postpaid from an existing prepaid connection...since then my VAS ( Value added services) like, conferencing, Dialer tunes ..arent working...i have lodged complaints earlier, but it hasnt been rectified yet...their customer care centres arent responding at all for the past few days...they put me on hold for more than an hour...
please look into the matter .

PREVIOUSLY AIR CELL CUSTOMER CARE IS CONSIDERED TO BE THE BEST IN SERVICE. BUT NOT NOW WE FIND IT DIFFICULT IN GETTING CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ON LINE. WHAT EVER MAY BE THEY CAN TELL THAT THEY ARE GETTING THOUSAND LINES AT A TIME BUT AS A CUSTOMER " I DON'T CARE". Aircel — No response from customer support
I Got a duplicate sim card for my number which i lost, and i was told that i will get the card activeted with in 4hrs, its been a month since i got the card and yet i didn;t get the card activated, i called the cutomer support numerous times but i did't get a solution yet, my customer care complaint number is:[protected].Aircel — No Response Customer Care
I am using aircel from past 5 days, I called aircel customer care more than 10 times for GPRS settings there no proper direction from customer care executives. But the great comedy is in my 3G mobile do to aircel i am unble to get even 2G GPRS settings. Such a worse network is AIRCEL.Aircel — Not correctly respond for a recharges complaint
Dear sir/MadamI am U.N.V.S.N.K.GUPTA using Aircel network(prepaid no. [protected]) mobile service since the year 2010.
Today(01.07.2012) I've recharged my mobile service at 20:05Hrs.through online by using my credit card.
Hence i received the both sides(from credit cards & aircel) confirmation messages for the transaction. Finally i found that the recharge amount was INR.0.00 was credited to my account.
By realizing this immidietly i've contacted the customer care on toll free no. 198 at 20:45hrs.
I've tried 8 times to speak to a customer care executive(please note that this is indicating their service moto)
finally i speak to an executive at 8th attempt. Even though he dont know how to provide the basic infomation to their customers. And still my problem was not solved.
Please look into this complaint and requesting you to take necessary acon on such irresponsible network operators.
