[Resolved]  Aircel — Unwanted Subscriptions

Sir/mam,

I
had got a message on my no. ([protected]) 23rd november at 6.30PM. The
message was-" Hot and happenning friends are waiting just for
your call. Dial 570001. No call charges applicable. And enjoy ur life
with ne frds&quot". I called at 570001 and follow the voice
instruction i.e for hindi press1 and for english press2. I press 2.
Then the instruction given was to subscribe to frds zone with monthly
charge of rs30 press1. I immediately disconnected the call without
pressing any button. Then on 24th november at 1.43AM, i got a msg that
thanks for subscribing frds zone and 30rs was deducted from my account, I hadn't subscribed it at all.
In that msg it was written that to unsubscribe dial 570001(tol free). I
call at 6.30am and by following the voice instruction i unsubscribed it
for which i had got the confirmation msg also.
Then the same day
i.e, on 24th at 3.52PM I again received a msg that thanks for
subscribed to frds zone service. And again 30rs deducted from my
account. This time i had not even call the no. 570001 or any such no.
So a total of 60rs have been deducted from my account.

I had called at customer care but no action is being taken till now.
Plz help.

hi,

I have got wrong calls, in that wrong calls they tell my correct residential address, and again again they gave a mental torcher to me, so please take action to avoid number trace out.
aircel really sucks....how can they subscribe aircel powerplay to us without our consent....moreover how shamefully they said that they can't refund the money also....i m not going to use this aircel sim in the future again....i hope other people too abandon this sim atleast for an year or so..
kuch toh loss ho inko bhi.......
I have been unwillingly subscribed to many services. As a result, my balance has become nearly 0. My main balance has been deducted while surfing net even while I am having netpack.
