I am using a aircel sim no is [protected].I want to deactivate the callertune, i trying that but it was not sending.please deactivate the callertunes.

Caller Tune — WANT TO DEACTIVATE THE CALLER TUNE

Caller tune activated with out my knowledge in this number ( [protected] name :Arunabha Mazumder ) I tried to call 111 for deactivate the caller tune but its busy & every month balance deducted from my account ( its happen for last two times) I am unhappy with your services . so pls deactivate the caller tune its shoul not be repeated for next time.

this is the worst service by aircel. every month the caller tune is being set automatically and they deduct balance for that immediately. And if you will call the customer care to complain then those edits say "how is this possible? you must have set the caller tune. And again this is a so nice service by aircel donch u like it."
...LIKE my foot...AND financially after some argument they say "ok we have registered complain and your caller tune will be removed in 24 hrs" .. but nothing is fixed even after 5 days.
This is the 3rd time i lost balance for that bloody so called "NICE SERVICE" by aircel. am fed up with this. So i have decided to change to some other comp.
Every body should AVOID AIRCEL.

Hi aircel subscriber, do you want to deactivate caller tune/dialer tune service?mobile providers usually dont help when you want to get away from a plan that they are getting numerous money.but the method to de-activate dialer tune is very simple.
