[Resolved]  Aircel Cellular — Cheating

I have a Aircel connection with number [protected], which i have bought on 16th of September 2009 i am having problems from the day of the activation. I have spoke to a excalation manager by name Sudhakar on 16th of Oct 2009 after explaining him the issue he said he will give a reversal of Rs.98/- with in a week.I waited for 15 days and called him back he said he will need more 24hrs, i again called him he gave me a number of his Sr.Excalation manager Vishnu who apologised and said he will need more 24 hrs of time to get it sort it out.Its now more than 35 days. Aircel has not keep its promise, When they cant keep the promise why do they promise.I wanted to cancel my number and get the entire refunded what ever i have spent for Aircel.I would like to sue them can you please let me know what will be the procedure.
