Aircel Cellular Ltd — Unbelievable Calculation of Billing

I have received a Bill a around Rs.2271 for the current month.My billing period is 20th Sep 08 to 19th Oct 08.
I am in Speak 225 plan which has feature of First 600 Minutes Outgoing free.
I have been charged for usage right from 21st Sep 08 that means my first 600 mins got vanished in just a span of 24 hrs!
This is hardly impossible and unacceptable. I am suprised that whether they are using a valid operating database to calculate the customer billing!

Probably, this is true. Sometimes I too have faced some awkward price cuts from my Prepaid Aircel. For example, recently I had an Aircel to Aircel call balance was showing Rs. 200+, but sudenly, with no local aircel call sudenly, it was reduced to Rs. 50. It happens sometimes, I don't know what are the policies they follow or what are policies we as customers fail to understand?
