[Resolved]  Aircel Cellular Ltd — Miss Selling the Product

Sir / Mam,

I am the Postpaid Aircel Customer, I used the number [protected] for the long time, based on that number already i haved 2 additional numbers called as [protected] & [protected] i used & paid these numbers properly.

In that time one of their Franchise Executive Ms.Lakshmi ([protected]) market 2 extra nos called as [protected] & [protected] at "149 Plan" & "she told me based on these two extra connections, your current number's (ie: [protected]) bill will be get 50% discount every month".So i accept to get that 2 extra connections. Due to her target pressure she called continuously & get my proofs by mail and handover 2 New Sims wihtout any Plan Details by their field executives on 27.03.10.

i am waiting for next months but i have not get any discount to my number [protected], based on her commitment my usage was increased on that month & my mobile bill comes around Rs.4000/-.

So i immediately called to Ms.Lakshmi on 09.06.10 and ask about my discounts at that time she reply me "sorry sir it get delay so it will applicable for next month" so i told her to "i want the discounts from April-10 itself because i paid bills of that 2 new connections but discount only not get still". After that my conversation she told to call back to me, like that she call & gave some Zigzag statements, At the time of sale she told 50% discount from your bill but now she told the discount is applicable for only rent, then she told discount applicable for your usage only not for GPRS.

I am not satisfied about her Statement, so i send a complaint mail to her company & talk to aircel. then i recieved a reply from talk to aircel customer care but no any effect for that mail. Then i go to Perungudi Aircel Center & gave a complaint letter (that is attached here) that's also gave no any solutions, then i go to Aircel office at Spencer Plaza & waiting for 2 hours i got that franchise's number ie: [protected] but these also not gave any results.

FINALLY I EXPLAINED THE FACT VERY BRIEFLY, I DONT KNOW THE MISTAKE'S IS WHOSE WHETHER THE FRANCHISE OR PROVIDER. BUT NOW I AM IN LIT OF LOSE BECAUSE THE MENTIONED NUMBER I USED A LONG TIME BASICALLY I AM AN MARKETING PROFESSION, DUE TO THESE PROBLEM I MISSED LOT OF CLIENTS COMMUNICATION & I AM ALSO AFFECT PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY A LOT. SO KINDLY TAKE SOME RIGHT ACTION GET ME THE SOLUTION & RELIEF FROM THIS.
