Sir,
It is miserable for people to get trapped with the gangs who motivate poor rural people to set up mobile tower with promises of both advances and rent. This process is deceptive for the company, whatsoever should advise their units Company Outlets who are into soft ware business to give the correct information, creating awareness of such frauds by private people who deceive people who have no grip or control to find their suspicious nature. It appears that even Dot should be vigilant of such deceptive people and take appropriate action against such ones.
The companies and the DOT should not promote such crime, by just ignoring complaints, by discouraging the fraudulent people from operating under the umbrella of cheating.

Aircel — Non recovery of Rs.5000 Deposited .

one advertisement has been published in local news paper HINDUSTAN in PATTI-PRATAPGADH-UTTAR PRADESH with specification that AIRCEL CO.WANTS TO SET UP MOBILE NETWORK TOWER ON YOUR LAND,TERRACE FOR WHICH THEY WILL COMPENSATE AT THE RATE Rs.25000 P.M. & ONE CONTACT NO.[protected] .When we contacted the above no.they said first deposit Rs.5000 in A/C No.[protected] IN THE NAME OF PUNKAJ KUMAR IN PANJAB NATIONAL BANK.Which we deposited in cash into said account,but after that no reply has been received & there cell no's are are also switched off.Please look in the matter sir/madam.

I am afraid that whether that guy was a genuine one. Have you confirmed it with the Aircel people about the authenticity of Pankaj Kumar, if he is associated with Aircel or he is just a fraud. Aircel is a very reputed organization and would never get into such cheap activities. Try and get an enquiry about this. Good Luck.

sir/mam, I had deposited rs 6300 FOR AIRCEL TOWER installation to GIRIDHAR TOWER PVT LTD MATHURADAS ROAD KANDIVALI and after 4 days i had recived agreement letter in which it they put another condition that i had to deposit rs 15000 tax money to their tax department in one of their person's a/c and they mention that after the deposit of the tax money the survey team will reach within 72 hours and i also found some mistakes in the agreement letter that the comany's name written on the head and on the seal it was not matched by spelling GIREDHER TOWER PVT LTD MATHURA DASS ROAD KANBHIWALI WEST MUMBAI -400088 kindly guide me

yes, i agree with above complaints.as same problem i have faced.its fake, don't trust on GIRDHAR TOWER PVT LTD .or such kind of rouge.
