Deducted my balance and not receiving my call.

I activate 3g pack of rs.17 by dialing *122*17# on 23 June at 8 p.m. and they deducted my balance and not provide me the service and even when i try to call the help desk they are not receiving my calls. My mob. No. Is 8574532909 please help me now its 24 June and they did not activate it and also they started deducting my balance. Is that the best service they provide to his customers.
