my sim is blocked, my number is [protected], please activated again my number

my number is [protected]. i was in the cug advance 200 scheme. Number was barred past few days. poncell, 78, paramathi road, namakkal-01, they have branch in the rasipuram. i had paid the bill Rs700 in the rasipuram office at 7 pm 06/08/08. receipt no : 48

untill i had not activated. i aslo checked by the customer care
complain no :[protected].

please check the details & activated my number.
