[Resolved] Aircel GSM — Automatic Balance deduction without any information. | |||
My name is Annapurna Rout and my odisha aircel mobile number is [protected]. I am really harassed with such a bad service quality of aircel. on 22nd nov 2012,rs 5 has been dedaucted from my balance without any information,then on 23rd nov 2012,again rs 5 dedaucted without any information. Total rs 10 has been dedaucted automatic. when i call 155223 to check wheater any service activated on my number but there wear no vas service activated. My mobile number alreay DND active and I did not receive any promotional call or i did not activated any services by my self. When i called customer care,they told me that our system is down,kindly call after 2 to 3 hrs. When i called him again,they repeated same excuses and show rude behaviour towards me. Therefore i request you to look into the matter and refund my balance and also refund the balance which is to be dedacuted till my complain reached to you. If you not refund my balance and does not stop this type of balance dedaction,i will switch over to another operator of my choice. Was this information helpful? | |||

Aircel — without any information deduct 10 rupees from my balance account
respected sir,today 12/11/2010, in the morning i have got one call from [protected] no. when i received this call i hear that this is some value add service call, so at this moment end this call. but after that i have got massage that deduct 10rupees from my balance account. and also when i call 198 for copliain this time aircel tele caller executives miss guide me and didnt take my complain.
my aircel no. is [protected].
Friend this can happen when you respond to marketing calls and messages. In order to get rid of these try and get the DND service activated. Thereafter no more unwanted activations and no more deductions. Good Luck.

i m not activated face book chat system but they charged 5 rs per week.. i complaints seven time every week. but costumer care tell me your system will be deactivated in 48 hours . but it still running. i am not satisfied with service please give me solution for this incident . Dear Customer,

Again my rest amount nearly rs 18 has been dedacted and only rs 2 left in my account.
one day after my complain rs 15 has been deducted not rs 18. on 28 nov 2012, I have only received rs 10 balance but yet my rs 15 not credited.

Aircel/GSM Service — Poor Service Quality
Dear Sir,This is to inform you that the mobile connection service provided Aircel is of very poor quality.
The company has given so many commintment but has not kept a single one.They are giving asssurance which is totally vague.
I am totally annoyed by using the service for the last 10 days in kolkata.
I gave ruppees four hundred and fourty four for the connection which is totally useless for me right now.
The poor service provided by Aircel are :
1)The network is always congested whenever you dial a number .
2)Even if the number is connected after trying 15 to 20 times, it will automatically get disconnected after 15minutes and now that time has been reduced to 2minutes and god knows when the numben will be connected again.
3)The company introduced a rate cutter recharge voucher of ruppees two hundred and forty six which makes all local calls free but it is of no use because hardly the calls get connected.It is totally a waste of money from my side.
5)No incoming calls come from other networks to the network.
So by using Aircel I have to suffer only losses. When I have to make a call I have to go to a telephone booth to make that call even though I have a mobile in which all calls are free.
The company is least bothered to take care of the customers.They are always telling that the problem will be resolved in next two days which is totally vague.
