[Resolved] Aircel — Balance wrong deduction | |||
Dear sir mere no [protected] se 4/10/2011 ko GPRS use ke 685 Rs bina faltu cut ho gya hai. Mera GPRS pack Rs 25 19/9/2011 ko active huaa tha jiski validity 3/10/2011 ko 11:59 PM tak thi or fir mene 4/10/2011 ko 12:01 AM pe 25 Rs ka GPRS pack active karwa liya tha or muje pack ke active hone ka SMS bhi mil gya tha. But aapke system me problem hone se GPRS pack 4/10/2011 ki night ko 7:49 PM bta rha hai jiske karan pure din ka mera GPRS searching Charge cut huaa hai wo bilkul galt cut huaa hai. Aircel nodal or applete meri problem ko shi cheak nhi kar rhe hai. Me last 3 year se net use kar rha hu or Night me 12 bje daily pack activeate karta hu lekin aapka care meri problem nhi sun rha hai. Me Aircel ke sath only MNP se 2 month pahle hu join kiya hai. Pls mera balance jaldi se jaldi refund kare. Thank you your custumber JAY KISHAN VISHNOI Was this information helpful? | |||
