[Resolved] Aircel — illegal balance deduction | |
respected sir, my aircel no is [protected] ,iam facing illegal deduction of my balance from last few days ...........after many times when i tried to connect to customer care just connected once and she has told me that she will solve this problem .......but still my amount is not refunded and again when i recharged my account amount is being deducted ........and also at the same time now am unable to connect to customer care executive ........my total amount deducted is around 50 rupees ... i request you to please take action as soon as possible thanking you Was this information helpful? | |

I am Sandeep Kumar Tiwari.I am Student .Sir I use AIRCELL Simcart yesterday(03/07/2011)
Rs.60 deduted from my balance while I didn't apply any AIRCELL service and Now when I am
called customer care for help they are told balance haven't return.and Now they blocke my mobile
for customer care means this time I unable to call AIRCELL customer care because I am student
I have no other option other than you.there is no matter of Rs. 60 ,matter is how much corruption is there.
Please help me sir.I hieghly obliged to you.

I, Jishnu Tripathi, Aircel contact no. [protected] (Kolkata Circle). Yesterday & today from my no. Rs. 5 & Rs. 15 has been deducted. And after that the customer care representatives (No. 198) do not receive my call.

TECHZONE through WAP. Hence, Credit of 20/- has

Aircel — Illegal Balance Deduction
Respected Sir,My mobile no.- [protected].
My complain ID is 1-[protected]. Rs. 30 had been deducted from my account balance. Care delhi executive told me that ur problem has been solved within 72 hours. But i have not got solution yet, even four days have been gone . Please help me ........Aircel customer care does not entertain....................
