aircel sends me unwanted messages and deducts my balance without even using the service giving false reasons

I recharged 3G net pack for Rs.399/- (2GB) yesterday at 5:15 pm but till yet balance has not been credited to my account. 3G balance shows 00 (nil) although its already more than 7 hrs lapse.
