Hello everyone,

Am an Aircel Post Paid customer from the last month. Tried to pay my bill using the link https://auth.aircel.com/aircel/jsp/LoginSelfcare.jsp. I can enter my credentials, but can't see my account. Just throwing an error as "Unable to process/retrieve your request now.Please try again". Am seeing this error from the last month end.

I tried bulk times to short the issue by using forget password options. But, no use.I have send the mail to aircel service but no response.

Dear Aircel, please short the issue soon.

Am an Aircel Post Paid customer from the few years ago. i recharge rate cutter for rs22 on jan 30. then i wrongly subscribe same rate cutter for rs22 from my mobile on 3.2.15. please deactivate the subscribe rate cutter and credit the balance soon. thank u

aircel is bigtime cheater for prepaid customers also, no customer care at all, worst service provider in bangalore, complaint number 198 doesnot work, no body picks the call...

I'm using more than 200 numbers of your company and always prob are taking place like musical chair game. Prob of AIRCEL is coming to usual for us. Prob are in billing sector and checking of the bill payments who paid and who not paid and some more things are need for us.

Dear Aircel customer care team,

I have changed my network to Aircel two years back through mobile portability option. My number is in a group account along with my brother in Chennai. Now I want my account to be separated from a group account. In aircel offices and agents say that the group account can not be changed i.e. the name of the account will be my brother's, with his own address. But I want everything in my own name and address. If that is not possible, I shall move to any other network and leave aircel. Is this the only way for wrongly entered into aircel group account?

Hi I Mrs Bhavya shree.s.s I have two aircel numbers there is [protected] and [protected] and I had request to customer care and sms also 121 for ebilling of all two numbers, so many time. Unfortunately not activated till date. Do the needful. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com activate the same at an early date.

my mobile [protected] was added callertune without my knowladge. Kindly remove the caller tune and refund my amount my accound. Your custumer care is very worst. I tried 200 times from past three days. you must attend this problem and refund my mobile amount immediatly and instruct the concern person to not repeat the problem in future.
hi, I am M. Y. Bhat having a post paid connection bearing no. [protected]. I had paid my bill of Rs. 80 INR on 7.7.2014 at 6.05 pm using DD-Etopup. The transaction no. is J KR[protected]. but the payment is still awaited and the bill is pending. kindly make the payment to my account.
