[Resolved]  Aircel Pocket Internet — slow performance

i own a aircel pocket internet and getting very frustrating speed...it is showing 460 kbps however it takes decades to open any page on internet...aircel should improve speed of this connection and should come up with unlimited download schemes..

There is poor connection network of aircel pocket internet in east delhi.Facing lot of problems due to low network coverage.Kindly check my problem immediately.

Aircel pocket internet is very slow.Opera Mini 4 cannot be even compared to Aircel pocket net in terms of quality

E71 3G New — Malfunctioning of new mobile

Hello,
I
had bought a dual SIM mobile phone from India shopping which was
advertised in the times of India about last month. I made payment
online by my card and received the product within thirteen days.
However on the first day the display went suddenly off and i had to
keep the phone in a slanting way to see what was on the screen that too
with great difficulty. Secondly the touch screen also stopped working
on the next day. I made a complaint and got the response to mail my
complaint to Karan but have not got any response as yet. The product
had a guarantee of six months. Please help, as i have paid Rs.6300/-
for the same, and the mobile is useless as the screen in just not
readable under normal circumstances and the touch screen has also
stopped working.Please give us the complain number..The details of the bill are as under....

inspite of repeated requests not activating pocketinternet on my mobile no.[protected]
Have you received the settings, as such do place a request for the settings and install it in your handset. Once done I am sure the GPRS will be activated in no time.
Well in general, Aircel gives a healthy speed of 40-60 kbps, you can try and refresh the GPRS settings. You will surely have an improved speed
The pocket internate of very very very very poor and also very slow and very performance.

Internet speed too low
Dear Sir/Madam
I have a aircel prepaid connection no.[protected].This is my second time when i am complain about aircel my problem is not solved i still have problem of slow speed of internet I have 98 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message.I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. The changed handset is Nokia N95, now i am using Nokia E71 I'm frustrated to this slow speed.
Please help me out of this situation.

Aircel — Regarding pocket internet

Sir, i am having Aircel Prepaid connection, with GPRS activated for pocket internet. But the internet connection is not appropriate. i am not able to browse the sites except google. i had given the complaint to the company, two weeks later. the complaint no. is 21751513. They told me this is due to connection problem.
after that the company neither given the feedback nor able to solve the problem. please help me.

Aircel — Pocket Internet Surfing

I use Aircel for last 3 yrs. But I face a difficult problem, when I am in home and try to surf internet it didnt connect but when I am in my Main Road which is just 10 seconds from my house it got connected. I have tried it a lot of time but I failed atlast when I complained it to the concerned dept they told me this problem will be resolved in 72 hrs, i.e. 3 days. But 20 days(8th feb to 27th feb till date) had passed and I remined it to the concerned dept on a regular basis but nothing happened.
Its seems to be a temporary issue, but I can understand you problem, you should there visit the nearest Aircel store and report this problem. I am sure they will help you.
Well the Pocket internet is a very good one, I would suggest you to refresh the GPRS settings once, and I am sure it will work. Good luck.

Aircel — Problem in Pocket Internet

I am Anjan Biswas . I have a complain against AIRCEL . The service quality of Pocket Internate is too bad . It is too tough to connect using PC , when I has connected with in 2-3 minute it is terminated. I have called customer care several time but they are not able to solve the problem. It can be say that our money has wasting. Please help me. If It is going on A serious step should taken against the company.
I can understand your problem, but my experience with Aircel is great, If you feel that the CC is not able to solve your problem, you can just walk down to any of the Aircel stores and discuss your problem.
Aircel gprs is very slow after recharging pay per second voucher it has became worst.
