[Resolved]  Aircel Postpaid — post paid bill payment

I AM S.NAGARAJAN I HAVE TAKEN A CUG CONNECTION IN AIRCEL FOR 30NOS WE ARE PAYING THE BILL PROPERLY IN LAST MONTH I HAVE GIVEN THE CHEQUE AMOUNT 12500/- ON LAST MONTH 2 ND IT SELF BUT THEY DID NOT SEND THE CHEQUE TO MY BANK UP TO 15 TH THEN IT CAME ON 16TH BUT THEY CUT ALLTHE LINES TO ME SO MY TOTAL BUSINES IS LOSS FOR 1 MONTH FOR THAT I HAVE ASK THE COUSTOMER CARE THEY DID NOT REPLY PROPERLY AND A GIRL CALL AND ASK FOR PAYMENT AND SHE IS TELLING THAT Y YOU ARE MAKING THE PAYMNET TO US IF YOU WANT GO AND MAKE IT DIRECT AND SHOUTING THEN A MANAGER CAME TO MY OFFICE AND HE IS ASKING THE PAYMNET ONLY AND THEY ARE SENDING ME THE LEGAL NOTICE WHAT IS THIS

can u provide me bill for this month i cant view login page itself my id

This is Dhanalakshmi S, my mobile number is [protected], and my outgoing was barred for non payment. Actually my bill amout was 1200, i payed 900+200 on july 8th but still now my number is not yet activated. I spoke to customer care i dont remember their name they said yesterday night it will get activated. But even the next day[protected] it was not get activated again i called to the customer care people. Without proper response the girl quit the call. Still now my number is not get activated. Even i have paid Rs.500 as deposit for my account.

I have been a CUG customer from 2005. Later i convert this to individual customer in 2007. But the service is too poor. Either activated my service or clearly tell me whether it will get activate or not. My mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
Hi I am holding a CUG post paid connection with Aircel. And i am not gettting my hard copy of aircel bill also through online i was able to view my bills but for the last few months i am not able to login to view my bills.

I have also informed about the physical copy of my bill is not getting reached with customer care but no response from your end.

You people are holding a top brand in the telecom sector and providing a very worst service.

Please look in to the same and kindly send my bills to [protected]@hotmail.com.
last 2 months i have not received the bill for my connection cug [protected] and [protected] respectely, but i have paid the bill but they are calling me and troubling me so solve my case and send bill of on billing address so i can make the payment.

i did paid july bills. when i came to know about aug bills. ur people given information u r in cug . ur payment adjusted for ur cug groups. now i have to pay last month (july+aug) Rs 900.now I/O calls are barred last of 20 days.
When i asked ur people, they are saying that software upgrade is going on.I am ready to pay .

Sir I Bilal Ahmad From Srinagar & I have taken the Aircel postpaid WLP plan connection “[protected]”from your regional office DISHNET WIRELESS LTD. BAGAT Barzulla Srinagar .COCO center & this plan has been given to me Rent free for one year.
And Sir for usage I have given you advance rent of Rupees 1000/= to coco, even after you have disconnect my phone .I Visited to office 10 times every time they told me that it will started within 24hours But Sir till now it has not working.
I am not able to make my bill payment online. I have already got my number closed.My number-[protected].
Even after my bill request I didn't received my bill on time, so pls I am not going to pay any penalty for your delays.

Can u check what is the problem with your website as since many days I am not able to make online payment.

This is sivaraman I hope your aircel team is good.but still not yet received my postpaid bill for the month of may2013 .but three mssg is received from your side in the name of DT-AIRCEL that is 1. your bill is dispached on 26.05.2013 2. your bill ammount is -138 3. your bill is received by ur family member thila .BUT THERE IS NO ONE IS THERE IN MY FAMILY IN THE NAME OF THILA .BUT UR VERIFICATION TEAM HAS CAME TO MY HOME AND CHECKED WITH ADDRESS, PHONE number etc. SO WHAT IS THE USES OF VERIFICATING THE ADDRESS ?.

If i got my hardcopy of bill .so that i can pay the ammount with in due date .if its exit i will not pay any amount which u have mention in last month
