[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid — My Aircel Number is Not Working

Dear Sir

I was bought your Aircel prepaid Sim card from your one of the dealer on 22nd November..that time i given My passport Size photo and My Address proof... Suddenly 5 Days before that dealer Said to me Your Photo is Not Accept for Your Activation...So what i did again I was given My Another Photo and My Address Proof On 3rd Dec.. But Still my Number is Not in Use... From 3rd Dec to Still,?

Without Communication i Unable do my Job...so Kindly Resolve My problem and Do the needful..

In my number outgoing calls are not allowed.I have given my photos & address proof while i purchased the sim card.Now customer care people are asking for the address proof.I will have to come directly for giving the address proof or shall i send my sister for that.Pls rply me

1. In Our area lot of problem with our distrubutor and the retailer.
2. we have talked our problem to our distrubutor, he does not responce to our words
3. So from today 18/04/08 we have stopped the aircel activation and easy purchase and sales.
4. So we need company guidence and support

Aircel not provaids Internet servise and also mms servise.In 25 top up it gives only 15rs.which is so unpleasant.

i have purchase a Aircel SIM Card from your one of the retail shop on 09.05.2008. Accordingly, i have entered the sim in the mobile but SIM card is not activate till time. Please clarify the issue and reply to me how much time it will be taken to activate the SIM card.
