hello sir aircel is the worst service provider in india because i lost my aircel number [protected] and agin i have taken another aircel number means a another new aircel connection but they r not blocking my previous number customer care is telling that blocking number is not possible in aircel if anyone can help then call me my number is [protected]

I, Anil Kumar Choudhary, am using an aircel prepaid mobile connection([protected]). From last three months, Rs.30 is being deducted every month. First two month for activating "caller tune" and this month activating "friends zone" service. But I never request for either of the services.
Even after first balance deduction for caller tune I visited the nearby aircel service center and filed a complaint against this and also sent a message to aircel to deactivate the caller tune service and the service was unavailable after that. But next month I received a message that your caller tune has been renewed.
This month on 19th Jan 2010 I received a message that “Friends Zone” service has been activated on my mobile number [protected]. When I called the aircel customer care on 19th Jan 2010, a customer care executive said that from your number we got a call for this service activation on 18th Jan 2010. But from my number [protected] no call has been either received or dialed on 18th Jan 2010.
This is very annoying service from aircel. I am losing my money and time.
So, I request you to do the needful and help me out. You can contact me on my alternate number [protected].

Aircel customer care is the worst service with compare to other service provider customer care.
They don't options to block the prepaid number. they can only do the reissuance of SIM card with the same number. say for example if the customer is not happy with the service in that case aircel people are advising to throw the SIM since they don't have process to block it.
This shows business fraud that they can say we don't have even single customers blocked the SIM they are very well happy with the service.Can anyone give the aircel top authorities people number so that i can speak to them directly about their service.
