Aircel Prepaid — Very Bad Service, No transparency

I was using Aircel no.[protected]. After 15-20 days o[censored]se, it just stopped working (incoming and outgoing) without any prior notice as to why. I guessed may be it is due to low balance. I went Aircel's Outlet. The Salesperson put in Rs. 150 which was confirmed then, but still I couldn't make or recieve calls. I was told that my number was barred, due to televerification failure. I never recieved any call from them, and despite that they bar my ( consumer's) commodity, this is sheer stealing money and time.
And the GREAT Salesperson never told me that before recharging a 150 Rupees on it.

I was given a complaint number and told I will receive a Tele-verfication call within 7 Days, which never occured. Infuriated I called Customer Care, and a simple reply,"We've forwarded your complaint".....I mean so simple for them, but losses for me as my important contacts couldn't call. Finally I called Nodal Officer, some assistant picks up and says again to wait 7 days.....Oh God.....So slow...just to make a call....what a Hell of a Company.....I had another new number[protected], for which too, till now no tele-verifcation call came...will it be barred too?? I am apprehending.

Anyways I never received any call and number has revived to work again...but do you believe it, Rs 150.00 that I recharged....ain't there......!!!!!! Again STEALING.......AIRCEL you're behaving as THIEVES, SHAME ON YOU.......You ain't having ' Customer Care' you must be quoted " Customer ,DARE? "

Please take care..of my recharges, Barring of numbers...and also of your Network....or else I Will stop using your 'Service', take it personal issue to propagate your defamation and see you in the Consumer Court.

Tele verification is a statutory regulation followed by all telecom operators. I think its just a technical flaw which is troubling your account. I think you just need to visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the customer care face to face and sort the issue out immediately…..
