dear sir/mam i have mobile number [protected] name of holder arockiasamy in this mobile number by mistakenly my kids activated GPRS but about cancel that service i will spoke with customer care [protected] more then 10 times they are saying after 48 hours disconnected automatically also they send one massage but never disconnected every day they detected 5 rs with out any usage like this doing how is i will continue the aircel customer please help and reply to me my e mail id arockiam.[protected]@yahoo.com thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir, I had activated the gprs on 30 Aug and wanted to deactivate it, i had talked to 999 he accepted to de activate it by so far not deactivated and rupees 10 deducted per day may be refunded, thanks
Air cel is realy fraud company because i try to deactivate GPRS multiple time but GPRS is not deactivated and he or she deducted multiple of rupies from my account his customer care is not good i talk to customer care more than 20 time regarding this but his response is 0

Prepaid — deactivation of gprs
sir, i had activated the gprs around 30 Aug 09, but i could not access for want of subscribe to packet data hence had complained on 999 to deactivation on 03 SEP but still it is not deactivated hence I am at the of rupees 10 per day since then, you are hereby requested to immediately deactivate it and refund the deducted amount. thanks
