My aircel number [protected] was working fine till yesterday but in the midnight it stopped getting normal signals while I was in Kamla Nagar, New Delhi. When I restarted my phone a couple of times, the third time it stopped getting restarted. The phone is behaving normal with other sims like one of airtel. Please let me know how to get this issue resolved.

I lost my phone while travelling yesterday. I've been trying to call the customer care since then but no positive response i got. I've filed a FIR at police station for the same.
I don't have the SIM card number; the Phone number is [protected] and it is registered with the name of "Swati Nagre". The number is switched off since 12:15 p.m.(approx) yesterday. It didn't had balance to call anyone and last recharge was for INR 19 for SMS pack.
It is by humble request that you take the issue under consideration and do the needful as soon as possible(block it at the earliest). In case of any queries required, this is my other number which is active now [protected].
