i am using aircel 3g service on a dongle for the last three to four months from july i having these problems ..all file sharing sites are blocked on aircel network whereas other isp like airtel reliance and tata are not blocking it nd the customer care has no answer to that they always say talk to tech dept and tech dept says talk to cust care..i am using these nos : [protected],[protected],[protected] i am soon gng to move these nos to another carrier coz u people have no answers..i am having network problem at my home and not a single visit by your executive as i registered a complaint 2 months back..i also tried to email you at [protected]@aircel.co.in but no reply from the compnay.. my primary no is [protected] & sites i am having problem is

Aircel — Worst service from Aircel.

I am using aircel for past 5+ years. I have asked for a new number in addtion to my other CUG number. They gave the number and SIM card. But suddenly one day they disconnected incoming and outgoing for that number. When contacted Aircel customer care, they asked to get in touch with the person gave him the new connection and they wont be able to help in this. (See how good customer service they provide).
After i got in touch with the person it has been 3 days the number is not yet activiated. As a customer i dont have any other people to contact other than the person who gave me the connection. If the customer care is called you will be put in automated voice message for almost 3 mins and then you need to wait for unknow number of minutes in the line. Sometimes the call get diconnected.

Worst service provided from Aircel even for long term customers. These people are making me to think twice if i need to go with their subscription. Disgusting.

My number is :[protected]. If some one in aircel who is really interested in customer satisfaction can call me.
This is strange, even I have been using it for quite a while now and so far my experience has been very good. I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss it with them, which I generally do and trust me it works most of the time.
I am also one of the FRUSTRATED customer of Aircel!

The major issue 'm facing is with Roaming facility.

Last four days I was on kerala, and as soon as I left the HOME network from TN and entered to Kerala, my mobile has not gone to the Roaming mode, and stopped incoming & outgoing calls.

In the past also I had faced this problem, with reference to that I decided to talk to the concerned people.

Today I returned to my home location and I called up customer care and my day has become useless due to the non response from these people. Even customer care person is least interested to reveal his name and giving the complaint number.


USELESS / NONSENSE NETWORK - AIRCEL.

If you are person who is on ROAMING frequently, before opting AIRCEL think thrice no no 100 times

My name is Pankaj Patankar.

Complaint - I purchased aircel combo top-up of Rs. 249/- from Aircel gallery, Mulund -400080 on 11/01/2011.

your representatives told me that with this top-up you would get Rs. 163 talk time. 1000SMS, 2 months Internet, A2A 75mins, 60days hello tunes free.

But on every time hello tunes monthly charges deducting from my main account.

As month ago, also I logged a complaint (1-[protected]) after that I got my balance return back (Rs.30) within 26hrs. At that time I informed to them this is regular issue that i facing.


Again this month also same problem, my complaint no. is 1-[protected] at 11:00am 14/01/2010. I spoke with Sr. Customer exec. Mr. Rohan, as per them they refund me deducted balance (Rs.30) within 24hrs. But still i wouldn't receive any refund.

Than I again call on 198, at that time Sr. Customer exec.Mr. Amit was told me that, still my complaint is under process.

Than I demanded contact no. of Regional Nodal Officer, he gave me his no. ([protected]), I am trying to call him, but no was switched off.

I don't know, what type of third class service provided by Aircel. After 3 days also I doesn't got any call from Aircel end.

Do the needful to maximize Aircel goodwill and minimize complaint.

Worst customer service. VAS services are automatically activated and debiting money from the main account. IF we call and say to customer care . they are not at all responding correctly.

My name is sanghamitra pattnaik my moblile number is [protected]..I havent suscribe for any kind of subscribtion as coz i use my dis number only for gprs and internet purpose...my problem is each and every time my balwnce becomes ZERO and wen I call custumer care office, either I am not being connected or else I wen I am connected they dont give me any valid reason for my balande deduction..on 20th I recharged rs60 and immedietly my balane was ZERO..now finally i got tied and today(02/03/2013) I called up custumer care executive and asked weather I have any subscription activated or not, in reply he said I am not suscribe to any subscription..and even I asked to activate DND service to my number..
After confirming that I am not suscribe to any kind of service and even DND is under process I fell that my balance would be safe now...to taste my balance deduction I recharged rs 10 and what in saw was my balance again was ZERO widin a sec...
I caled up custumer executive and that guy named Naresh wasn't able to help me how my balance deducted and even dinn make me talk to higher authority...if this is the kind of service we get from our mobile company then I think this is the worst service and i would like to inform everybody not to use AIRCEL AT ALL...
Ihave been using this aircel connection for the past 3 years. Now the service has become worst to the core that it has that useless to shut the company down.I asked to activate 3g and internet, the agent who picked my call while i called the customer service made me run around 10 times. And after wards they said they picked up my requested and activated 3g.After 2 days when i try to log in to internet it says i dont have internet. WHen i called up again to customer service they replied i have to separately activate internet, but my 3g was activated 2 days back.I got so pissed of then asked them to activate my internet.Now after 5 days my internet started to work and now i dont get the 3g speed as what i subscribed for.Am I trying to contact Customer service this time they have a stupid IVR option stating " Sorry as the traffic is high please call later" and then call disconnects.What the [censored] is wrong with these aircel people, does any service will activate 3g and will not activate internet?Dont they have a [censored]ing common sense?Who the [censored] is the new manager or the new head who is leading this company. I have never faced a single problem for the past 1 1/2 years.Now if this happens suddenly that means the Manager who ever is responsible for the call center is changed and he/she is bloody [censored]ing uneducated [censored]er.IF I DONT GET A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE GOING TO LOOSE ME AS WELL AS THE OTHER 3 POSTPAID CONNECTION. ALONG WITH IT I WILL PUBLISH IT IN THE ENTIRE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SEPARATELY.IF AIRCEL IS READING IT THEN THIS IS A MESSAGE FOR THEM "TRY ME"
hi aircel, im totally fed up with the kind of customer service you have. I've been calling customer service since past 2 days, as im facing problem with roaming service and 3g pack. But god knows why I dint get through anytime. My balance is ruined all the time and balance is getting deducted from main balance even after recharging 3g pack and roaming free recharge. This is completely unbearable and Im totally unhappy with aircel. Worst response I ever got in my lifetime. Thanks! Guys be customer centric and if this kind of responses keep continuing, then god save u. Please I need all my funds back and if not then il take this to consumer court for making customers suffer like this
