Dear Sir,
i have lost my sim card ( mob. no. is [protected]), my name is VISHAL and i had submitted my driving license as my ID Proof , So kindly block this sim card as soon as possible so as to stop the misuse of it.

Sir,
I had lost my cell approximately 53.30 pm on 04 jully, 2010. so, kindly deactivate the sim immediately.

Dear sir i lost my Phone 65 days ago.My Number is [protected](aircel)
When i go to asking for new sim card to retailer he denied to give it.
And replied Ur not owner of this sim card.but when i buy new sim card i submite my own photocopy of driving licence and identity size photo.this is height of aircel company

I have lost my aircel sim card numbering [protected] since last 7-9 days.I would like to request you to block my number & meanwhile let me know what i need to do further to get the same number with new sim card.
