blocage of sim

dear sir,
yesterday my aircel sim number 9716393583 had blocked at 7.00 pm (12/02/2011)
i have complaint so many times to the coustomer care but they not done any thing.
details :-
number :- 9716393583
balance :- 57.10
std minutes :- 81

please take necessary action soon.

i have complaint so many times to the coustomer care but they have not done any thing.
