[Resolved] Aircel — slow 2g speed | |||
I recharged my phone with pocket internet 3g&2g of Rs.128 valid upto 30 days.. Till 3g it was okay but now when its on 2g the speed is horrible...hardly 6 days have passed by & I am unable to deal with such horrible speed..I contacted customer care 3-4 tunes either they transfer the call & nobody picks up the phone or they just ask you to clear browser cookies & restart the phone..... Aircel sucks I am not at all happy with their service & moreover I would like to ask them to specify the minimum 2g speed which they provide......My aircel number is -- [protected]. Hi, I used 2g plan around 20 days back on aircel no.[protected].i am not getting 2g speed, maximum i am getting only 5KB/S. I called customer care many time regarding this but they simply tell this is due to some n/w problem whereas i am getting full signal. No one bothers to rectify the problem.
