[Resolved] Aircel — Abnormal charge for Duo. SIM | |||
Dear Sir / Madam I have purchased a SIM from agent of Aircel during 2009 and I have been used for a long period upto January 2011. On 28.01.2011 I have lost my costly moible with two SIMs. The Dual SIM Samsung mobile costs around Rs.8500/- inclusive of 2 GB Micro SD Card. After a long search, I have approached the Aircel Showroom for duplicate SIM for which the have charged Rs.102/-. The employees behavior has been very good and the approach with customers are also excellent. But I have to wait for 45 minutes to get the Duplicate SIM for the Aircel contact No.[protected]. Now my question is, when IDEA charging Rs.28/- and BSNL charging Rs.22/-, Airtel charging Rs.27/-, why Aircel company charging Rs.102/- for duplicate SIM. After handover of Dup. SIM they have given bill for Rs.102/- on 03.02.2011. When I was asked about abnormal charge, they were very cool and politely said that this is the charge to retain the same number. If they have informed me initially, I might have requested to block the number and disclaimed the duplicate SIM. The balance was only Rs.41/- in the above contact number. Now, I have exhausted the balance and let it arrive at Rs.0.00 balance and kept the SIM at Almira. Now I using the BSNL SIM. K. Sankaranarayanan [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
