[Resolved]  Aircel — bad service

sir i am using aircel card, last year i submit my id proof and photos,but today[protected]certainly my incomming and outgoing calls service baned.i contact customer car service they say submit u r id proof and photos. i am working in marketing field so mobile is our important wepon of our job.now i am totaly upset.pls what i do.very very worst servise.i can't see this kind of service anywhere.

hello,
this is Amit kumar srivastava and my aircel number is [protected]
sir ,sorry to say that when i bought this connection i faced more problem
about it. my pocket internet is not working properly i face this problem
from 1 n half month . i always call on 121 and [protected] but nobody help me.
He always says after some time but there is no limit . i want your needfull help about it
because from 3 days costmer care avoid my call.So pls take a need full action
action about it.

This is strange since the Aircel customer care is a highly rated one for its service and where as the pocket internet is concerned I would suggest you to reset the GPRS settings on your set, I am sure you will get a great speed.

Very strange I must say, my experience with them has been very good. The Aircel CC is a helpful bunch and easily reachable every 9 out of 10 time you call them. Once you speak to them they will definitely help you with the Internet issue as well.

when i have not applied for any dialer tune still they are giving
and charging RS 30 pm.This is not done.When i am complaning
to the customer care they are telling that i have applied for it.
please do something for it otherwise every month i have to pay
RS 30,as i have not applied for any dialer tunes.
there is no signals in entire district that is SRIKAKULAM
ANDHRA PRADESH...
i got signals only in town
nowhere else around 200 kms

Dialer tune is an automated service and needs user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls.
hello,i am inder from jamshedpur i bought a aircel sim for that i paided 120 rs the shopkeeper said that you will get a talktime of 103 within 2 months.i can take calls but i am unable to make calls from it whenever i tries to make call it says that the network it busy,either the no. is not busy. i tried to consult the costomer care of aircel they told that my document is still not reached.i am in a big trouble i will suggest that the aircel company is damn illetrate and bad behaviour.plz dont take the sim of aircel otherwise you have to face the problem.

Where did you submit the documents last time. Was it with a local dealer or any authorized Aircel outlet?
Hi,

My complaint is regarding the services for Aircel.

I use a Blackberry phone and had requested for the BB service to be activated via message (BBM for Rs 399/- plan). There was no update for the activation of my services on phone.

Whenever, I call the customer service number, either the representatives keep transferring my call from one department to another or they disconnect the call.

AIRCEL has the most dissatisfaction customer service.

Now, since my BBM service is not active, the internet also does not work. So, i use the WIFI to get connected to internet on the phone. Since, i use the WIFI at home through my phone, now AIRCEL, keeps deducting charges for net usage even though I;m ot using the net.

AIRCEL has to get there services improved.

I've been telling aircel executive to deactivate my 26 rs scheme but they are telling that they can't deactivate it so what is the use of customer service shut down all the customer service
I received bad service in Aircel store under Chennai Circulation
i am nitya nand chouhan.my mob. no. [protected].i had tried a lot to customer care service centre but every time its busy.also i had tried to recharge tariff but its not accepting.i had recharged my no. of rs 100 and now its just 31 without any use.to solve all these by mistake i called on[protected] which was aircel businness no. and after that my child received a call from somebody's personal no. that is[protected] which was behaving bad..jst do something quickly..plz

the service provided by aircel is very bad and irritating.
i am from west bengal (asansol, burdhwan).
the problems are as follows

when i call they receive call from a busy very noisy
market.seems
there is no office some fish seller do that work in market.

they listen our problem and say that never happen again
they say we
refund money .but actually they donot they just give us a
hope nothing
else.

they donot receve call from same number upto 2 to 3 days
so that
customer can irretate
then
defenetly we change the network provider.please replay as
soon as
possible.
