I have hug space in Awdhan Kaushambi in heart of the Yamuna River, for which I am looking for to rent the property for any Mobile tower installation, there is no any mobile tower till now

I have received a letter from using the letter head of arcel company regarding installation arcel tower at my village at Thoubal Khunou for registration depositing amount of Rs 4100/-to the axis bank bearing Ac no [protected] name of account holder Oxygen India service by post. After that they again say deposited Rs26500/- by the land owner as per guideline given by Municipal co-operation Guhawati sending a letter by My Email.
They are calling by these mobile phone no.[protected], [protected], [protected]. again demand a sum of Rs 45, 000/- in respect of compliance fee of legal, stamping, notary & advocate etc.

Kindly check it is a fraud case or real arcel company want to installation in my area before legal proceedure taking up.

As continuation request and complain for arcel tower installation that, I have received a letter from Arcel company managing Director that written that my village has selected and requesting space of land 100sq and to submit NOC from grampradhan for planting tower by registration fee Rs 4100/-along with my ID proof etc.

As per letter received I have deposited a sum of Rs 4100/- as registration fee. after that demand a sum of Rs 26500/- That also deposited as given account No.[protected]Oxigen India service, axis Bank .

After procedure completed the company demanded a sum of Rs 45500/- for compliance fee Rs 16, 000/-stamping & legal charge Rs14500/- Notary fees & advocate fee Rs15, 000/-.

In this connection I stop depositing the said amount due to not found any clarification in relevant sources. they often use to call me in difference mobile No. [protected], [protected] &[protected] for demanding to deposited a said remaining amount.
However i deny to deposited a sum of Rs 45500/-.
Please help and verify the said person is a arcel company or not through given mobile no.
I trust the arcel company not to be in fraud case arise.
