[Resolved]  Aircel — unnecessary balance deduction

Hi , This is Rahul !
Today i got a call from customer care on my no. [protected] (ported into aircel), a girl told me about some pack and put down the phone. And after some time she activated that pack without asking me which had sms+gprs and deducted my balance Rs.40/-.
But i already have sms+gprs so y would i need one more and i did't even ask her to activate..
And now cust.care executives are not picking my call.kindly look into the matter Asap. Thanks!

On 21/05/2015 Rs.40 is deducted from my main account balance, before starting mobile network i checked my data balance which is approximately 6mb but after starting mobile network within a second all my data balance and Rs.40 main account balance is deducted..
On 23/05/2015 Rs.58 is deducted from my main account balance, before starting mobile network i checked my data balance which is approximately 4.723mb but after starting mobile network within a second all my data balance and Rs.58 main account balance is deducted..
Sir i am not leing its true. i am a student rs.100 cost more to me.
Please trust me sir.I am requesting for refund pls believe me sir and refund as soon as possible.
Customer care executive doesnt give any info about this error always saying that there is server problem cant give you any info about balance deduction and some of them blaming me as a lier.
Sir pls believe me and refund as soon as possible...
You can call me then i will able to give you all info about this...pls help me out sir..

Aircel — Deducting balance unnecessarily

I have a aircel sim of Siliguri(in West Bengal).The problem is each time I have balance more than 30.00 INR they deduct Rs.30 right away. I tried complaining to Aircel Customer Care but they literally LIE that I have taken some sort of value added services that’s why they have deducted my balance. But I haven’t. If it is really so then why they deduct my balance only when I have balance more than 30.00. Today is the 4th time they have done this and when I am talk to a customer care officer nobody is taking my call.
Please take some action
when i use aircel gprs they simply cut 20 paise and after sometime it comes on the mobile screene that request failed and the gprs speed is also very slow
My number was [protected] from 2001 onwards Post paid at Salem Dt, TN. I asked the monthly bill to my address. But they send some other phone bills to my address instead of mine. I don't know, Why you they send some other bill details. I again submit 25 Rs for individual bills. Again they done the same mistake.

Aircel — Unnecessary balance deductions

Aircel prepaid service, which i consumed recently based upon the growth of the company seem to be faked and still the worst in providing support and services. In aircel prepaid, we've GPRS facility which is accessed in the name of "POCKET INTERNET" when we utilise this service, the speed level of net access is pathetic when compared with other services like Airtel/Docomo!
COMPLAINT:
I was curious to make use of this service and logged into these 'POCKET INTERNET' and when i was browsing it took me to the homepage where we find Game downloads etc. Though i thought it was a good utility provided. I subscribed Game downloads @ Rs.5/- And i used this GPRS service only twice but still date i get charged Rs.5 whenever there's balance in my mobile. And whenever i call upon the "Customer Service" it is another pathetic support that Aircel has. Truly worthless! They don't even understand my query and say "Dont worry sir, i'll take your complaint!" Even though i didn't even explain my issue, they try to end the call! I'm very dissatisfied with Aircel and i'm going to change my service provider but i feel so worse that there's only an option to 'Subscribe' but i cant Unsubscribe!!! How so cheap? If they want Rs.5 everyday, why do they beg like this...? Fraud service. THERE'S NO SUPPORT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND AM SICK OF CALLING aircel customer service!
Well there is another option, try and visit the nearest Aircel store and report it there, I am sure you will get the best possible solution.
I've purchased aircel sim with 98s facility only for pocket internet. The first month it worked fine. but before the end of validity of deposite amount, I recharged it with Rs. 125 I recieved the right balanced amount , I started surfing again, But very first next morning when I started surfing I got error message ppp protocol not available. I made contact with customer care for gprs. They gave me same setting suggestios as for the first time. I tried but failed to reconnect. I searched for my balance, I got astonishd to see it only Rs. 0.03 left. Then again I tried to call customer care but no response. I again recharged with Rs. 125, but the situation was same i.e. First day It worked fine but after that in the next morning I recieved balance only same as before i.e. Rs. 0.03. This is too much. Cheating on highest extent, and with no customer care support. What to do I don't know.
Did you try to visit any of their stores, I am sure your issue would be solved in no time, just try and visit the nearest store.

Last week I bought an Bluddy Aircel connection. From that day this worst company started sending unnecessary phone calls and sms. I complained at their customer care, but still they are disturbing. I also have free balance, though they are deducting from my main account. Customer care executives are not able to give right information. Whenever I call, they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes to gather information. Please take some steps against these problems. Many people are suffering from the same and they also unknown about how to complain against these.
Please do something.

Aircel — Balance deducted unnecessarily

Last week I received a call which was an advertisement for Aircel's Comedy Bazaar service.
I attended the call and since I was not interested I just disconnected it.Then on 14 April I found that Rs.30 was deducted from my balance.When I contacted the customer service they said they will check for the details and inform within 96hours.When I called today they said nothing could be done as it is recorded that i activated the service, which I am sure i didnt and there is nothing they could do.I hope some action is taken

I, Soumya Das would like to reckon it as a great boon if you kindly consider my problem.Your company,customer care as well as senior officer too have deceived me a lot.On 7th september 2011 from my account aircel has deducted 30 Rs. for activating friend zone whether I have not done it at all.After contacting with customer care they told me that my balance will be credited to my account shortly within working hours.But no such thing happened to me. Then I contacted with senior supervisor named Rajib Kumar Das on 14th september.2011.He assured me to look upon my problem with a positive solution by calling me on 14th september between 4pm to 6 pm.But I have not received any call from him. Is aircel is paying money for telling lie on lie to that bloody customer care and senior supervisor.

Dear sir,
I am a Aircel consumer (+[protected]. I received a SMS to day[protected] on 2:33 PM that a dialer tunes service activated within 24 hours. I surprise have no make any request for this. Within a moment I called 198 and complained for this. They said the service will not activated on your mob. On 2:43 PM again a SMS came from Aircel that DT will be changed. Again I have complained on 198. After that on 2:58 PM a SMS came from Aircel that your request for Unsubscription will be processed within 24 hrs. Aircel have not inform me for deducting amount, but they deduct a handsome amount from my balance…
these type of subscription done by company is totally wrong. It’s a cheating with customer also. I called several times to customer care to returning my detected balance but they deny me and abusing me also….
sir I am requesting you to returning my balance as soon as possible… this is not a good way to cheat customer this way… I am your customer since 2years and I didn’t have face these type of problem before today…
so please take action against it soon, I am waiting for your reply…..
