It means Aircel wants to tell all customer don't recharge more than Rs 50. If we keep balance more than this amount without notification they will deduct and cheating the customer.

I am shirish bongale. My aircel mobile number us [protected]. I have mailed you because none of your customer care center is attending my calls. If you are not able to solve a customer's problem so, please i suggest you to close your company. My balance had deducted twice without any proper reason. Once it was rs.50, other time it was rs.25. And your customer care executive are also not talking in good manner. Ate this your values to a customer. I called nearly about 50 time from last night but your customer care dont attend the call.
If you dont want to attend the calls please close your customer care 198 . It is no use for people. Tell this straight or i will choose mnp option.

My balance has been deducted on 15th jan. I have called to customer care support on same day and they assurred me to refund the balance within 48 hours but they have not refunded yet. I have called 3 times to customer care but not refunded my balance.
Hii.my Number is [protected], aircel Has been deducting my balance from beginning, yesterday also they deducted 255 rupees for unnecessary reasons and unwanted services, their customer service and their services is worst, they will not connect to customer care services to share the problem, they are the worst sim company, they will activate unwanted services and deduct huge balances, please see through the problem and help to refund my balance
