[Resolved]  Aircel — Unscrupulous & constant balance deductions, Unresponsiveness of registered complaints, Automatic VAS activation

14th May (8:40 pm) -
Subscription to Music connect (VAS) activated without my knowledge or consent. Balance deducted. SMS received confirming both.
Complaint made instantly to customer service @ 198 (complaints redressal). Customer care executive deactivated the said service instantly. SMS confirmed the same. Customer care also promised refund of deducted balance amount within 24 hours. Upon multiple requests made by me, no complaint or docket or ticket number was provided.
After 24 hours, balance was not refunded.

22nd May -
Sms received confirming subscription to PPlay (VAS). It also said recharge to continue. Again, done without consent or knowledge.

Called customer care. Mentioned both incidents. This time they were kind enough to provide a complaint number (1-[protected]) for the issue on May 14th.
Stipulated time for redressal was 72 hours (ending on 24th May). More than 72 hours have passed, no resolution/refund/redressal yet.
Complained on www.aircel.com by logging into "My account" section on website. Found complaint number 1-[protected] active. Stated new complaint regarding May 22nd issue online (complaint no. - 1-[protected]). SMS confirms both complaints with their respective numbers to be resolved or reverted by 24th May.

25th May -

3am - Noticed balance deducted for no reason. No calls made or sms sent or internet used. Again, out of the blue.
7:51 am - SMS confirming subscription to PowerPlay (VAS) renewed for 2 days.
2:00 pm - Balance check. Further balance deducted. No phone calls were made or services used.
2:44 pm - Unable to reach customer care or any help online. Unsubscribed from PowerPlay (VAS). SMS confirmed it.

Currently, there is no resolution. Cannot reach customer care due to their heavy downtime and "customer care executives" constantly busy. Cannot log in to "My account" section on www.aircel.com to see status of complaints or make new complaints. I have been using Aircel prepaid services for about 7 years now.

Any suggestion from this forum or elsewhere would be much appreciated.
