Mobile number portability

I Deepak sharma have a Aircel connection with nubmer 9988551251 have made number of requests to get my nember ported to vodafone from Aircel. also submitted all my documenbts number of trimes and completed all my formalities but still nothing has been done. ni feel harrased due to the sme. would like to file complaint with consumer court.
