[Resolved] Aircel — Unwanted balance deduction | |||
Sir, I am a customer of Aircel service provider for a long years.Today I have call around 1pm from Aircel customer care and one customer executive (name Avijit...) informed me that I have a valuable customer so I can get an offer that if I maintained balance rs-79/- then a combo offer will be activated in my mobile.The combo consist of 49/- sms pack and a dialer tunes for 30days without any rental charge and service charge and no balance will be deducted from my mobile.At that time my balance was 76/- than I recharged with 10 rs and at that time the sms pack activated but the rs of 49 has been deducted from my balance at around 2pm.Then at 7pm around another 30 rs has been deducted and dialer tunes activated.now my balance is around 3rs.When I call at customer care they said that they have no information about that.I use the Aircel no for a long time so now I have no more faith on Aircel.If I cant get any solution about that I will have to change the service provider from AIRCEL.... so please check my problem..... I'm using prepaid mobile connection. My number is [protected]. I'm not using any additional service or VAS. Every day my balance is getting deducted. I had spoken to customer care they have told some VAS is activated on my SIM which I have not activated at all. Then I forward a Request for deactivation. Message I received VAS has been de activated from 30 Jul 2014 . But last 05 days I found my balance still getting deducted, and I'm receiving message "Thanks for using Aircel service". Last one year I'm using this number. I have never activated any VAS till date but amount is getting deducted continuously. It came to my notice one week before. even after forwarding the complaint still amount is getting deducted. Aircel is cheating cheating us by activating AVS themselves. Please help me out as soon as possible.

I have a issue regarding unwanted deduction of my balance from my aircel no.[protected] I have recharge my no. with SMS pack and while continue using this pack my balance was deducted while complaining against this issue the customer care executive says that your have selected 3G network but at that time I am using my 2G network and this issue is not one time deduction it was happen on 3 times in 2 days...
So I want to refund my balance either I have to port my to another services...
