Airindia Express — internet reservation fraud | |
I did internet reservation for 3 ticket from Kuwait to Kochi for 18th April. I tried to change my booking for a future date on 17th April due to some unavoidable reasons.However the website was down and local air india express office said that they are not authorised office and I have to write to head office in Mumbai and I did so.
