Airtel 3G Data Card — No response from customer care and misleading data tariffs

Sir/Madam,
I got airtel data card from Pune,maharasthra last month and i was transferred to bangalore this month. I called customer care 198 to know about my data usage and data card plans,they simply refused to give me any information and insisted to call Maharastra customer care.they gave me a number that does not work. And what traiffs plans they show on there website and what I got from there customer executive was completely different. I feel sick of airtel.

I am pasting the details they sent me throught mail and attaching link on which they show there tariffs..
