Airtel / 3G Data Card — Online Recharge doe but balance is not come in my device.

My self asit roy (m-[protected]). I used airtel 3g data card and i have done recharge by online( T.D No ICONN/41158605/180212/BHARTI TELEVENTURE,dated[protected].But not yet balance is not come and one more thing today i have try talk to costomar care (no[protected]) but they are not received the call simply discunnet.so i requested to u plese do the nedful action to your end.
