[Resolved] Airtel - 3G Datacard [protected] — Services debarred | |||
This is with reference to the data card number [protected] for which the complaint was raised on 9th of may at around 11:20 am for the services being debarred .The series of event which happened are like this: the customer service representative informed that due to non payment, the services to the number has been stopped..post getting that information, had made the online payment of the total amount outstanding which in this case was Rs 3035 and the reference number is 584501..it was confirmed also by the cust rep that the payment has been posted and the services will be resumed in 4 hours time as a customer I patiently waited for the tat mentioned by the cust rep and around 4:00pm in the evening again checked for the service and it was not working..called up the customer care again and this time was again reconfirmed that the service will be resumed in 4 hours time. Next day ( that is 10th of may)again the service were not working and calling again got connected to ms preeti in customer care who very enthusiastically informed that the services are not resumes because of some technical glitch which will be rectified as she is making an escalation to this matter and she again required only 4 hours to resume the services.. and when again I started working on 11th of may , the services will still not working and this time rana ,the customer care rep ( again at around 11:15am) tried hard to buy again that standard script of 4 hours and post insisting to speak to the supervisor , some mr amit came on line and again asked for 4 hours to get the technical error which never happens to rectified and promised to get involve personally to get the same solved.. around 4:45pm in the evening and with any calculation of maths that 4 hours are over ( don't know how many times )and the data card services are still not resumed with ref to the mentioned complaint, pathetic response from all the customer service center and representative..called again on 14th of may 2012 and spend time from morning 11:30 am to 1:00pm but could not get the resolution to my query.. have spoken to the mentioned customer service rep and the supervisor ( amit and amitabh) both DID not come on the line to address the problem.) Spoke to : parul sukhvinder megha javed preeti suparna surarna kumari rachna No coordination between department and no empathy with the customer.It was a total harassment experience.Would like to complaint that in airtel,the customer is a stupid person who is just wasting his/Her time , money , energy to get any thing solved as they will take their own sweet time ( irrespective of whatever tat that they commit) to rectify the problem and customer is to blame for non payment and harness for the same by calling don't know how many times and no relief is given to the customer on the complaint..pathetic services and frustrating customer just waiting for the complaint to get resolved Was this information helpful? | |||
