[Resolved]  Airtel — 3G service

I HAVE 2 COMPLAINTS AGAINST AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICE,

1. WHEN I CALL TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE TO TELL THEM MY PROBLEM MOST OF THE TIME THEY DISCONNECT MY CALL WITH OUT ANSWERING OR RESOLVING PROBLEM, THIS DISCONNECTING CALL PROBLEM HAPPENS FREQUENTLY.

2. PROBLEM (MENTIONED IN 1ST CASE) FOR WHAT I AM CALLING TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE IS, I HAVE ACTIVATED 3G SERVICE ON MY MOBILE NO. [protected] ON 18JULY12 AT AROUND 7-30PM TO 8.00PM BUT STILL I AM UNABLE TO OPEN A SINGLE WEB PAGE ON MY SONY ERICSSON WALKMAN LIVE WT19i ANDROID PHONE.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH AIRTEL SERVICE.....

This is Vinod here to inform the 3g service provided by airtel people is very bad.
Necessary and corrective actions to be taken for the above.

I have a airtel prepaid number [protected].I recharge with Rs 249 (3grecharge)
On 11feb 2013 . But company not gave me 3g service & my customer services call
close. Please receive me complan
I am using airtel [protected] prepaid number about 8 years old. M using 3g service of another company in punjab last two years. When airtel launches 3g services in punjab i decided to activate 3g service on my above airtel number. 3g service is activate on my number. When I start use of 3g service i feel my 3g data balance is too much decrease by airtel instead of my uses. I download a game of 35 mb after download finish i off data and get 115 mb o[censored]se data balance pop window. Its not only do one time its always act . Only search in play store in my app. no download i decrease 35 mb data this all is totally to airtel.i use also relaince 3g service in my dual sim phone i download a application from use of relaince 3g service to check airtel fraud then i download same application from airtel 3g application data is 45mb i get 46mb deduction from relaince and i shocked when see 78mb deduction from airtel. When call to airtel customer service the agent says sir yeh 3g service hai es may aisey hi hota hai. I want to a answer from airtel is that in 3g service data is double use in download a application actually data. Very shame on airtel to do fraud to his 8 years old customers
