Complaint regarding Airtel 3G malfunctioning
I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by Airtel. I have activated the 3G services on my prepaid account.
To one instance I my entire 3G balance of 300 MB was exauted along with by main account balance of 103 INR. I called the customer care to know the detains but they simply hanged me saying this is 3G issue, and when I contacted 3G customer care they said that this issue is prepaid issue. I finally ends with dissatisfaction.
I recharged my talktime as well the 3G, but whenever I am accessing 3G on my smartphone, I am finding the charged are been deducted from my main balance. On calling the customer care, i get the same results. This is totally annoying as i am wasting my money and not getting the related services.
I need someone to look into the matter, as I really want to sort this matter.
