3G services not activated

Dear sir,
Hai my self sibi simon and i am using the airtel no.9809719193 which is ported from aircel. But now i can not activate 3G services on this number. I was contacted the customer care executives 2 times they said that the 3G services on my number will activate within 4 hrs and a confirmation message will recive. But still the 3G services are not activated on my number. What can i do. Can you provide me the 3G services. I am expecting a response from your side
