[Resolved]  Airtel 4G LTE — Airtel 4G LTE device issues ..

I bought Airtel 4G LTE in last month date 29. I asked the Airtel executive for a demo and he came to my place for demo. For demo they user their device. The demo was so nice the dongle was working so nice in my hall at the speed of min 15 MBPS where in my Bedroom its around 3 MBPS. The most of the use of my internet is in my Bedroom as I need to work in US shift in night. I have mentioned all these details to that executive and I liked the demo. I asked the question to executive like, when I will get my dongle it will work same like the demo provided as well as the speed will be same. He promised all will be same and will work fine. I paid all the money 2499 INR with the details. I got the Sim card same day where I got the dongle within 2 days.

I got different manufactured dongle where at the time of demo it was different which was more flexible as well as descent in look. But I was more concerned about the use so I ignored it. The next day my internet gets started after verification and other process Airtel have. I was not getting speed of more than 3MBPS in my hall where it was min MBPS at the time of demo and in my bedroom no network. I got irritated and called the executive who sold me all this. He came to my place and was trying to figure out what is the problem. I asked him use your sim card in my device and we will check. We did and it was working so we found the problem of Sim card. He asked me to put complaint and I will get new sim card. I put complaint and the network executive come to my place to check the problem he checked the network and checked it is a sim issue as they need to follow the process. I waited for that person for whole day I took holiday for that.

After 3 days I got sim card where I need to call them three times as well I went to the place which was comfortable to that executive who gone provide me the sim card. Finally I got the SIM. I started the internet and was getting around 15 MBPS speed in my hall but there is not network no speed in my bedroom for which only I bought Airtel 4G LTE. I again called the executive who give me dongle as well as the executive who give me sim card. Sim card person told we will check the network as well as we will check the position of the tower in my area. And hopefully it will resolve the problem. It nothing happened all is same. Well, I called the executive from whom I bought the dongle. I asked to come my place to check this. He came to my place and the same issue was there he agreed it was working at the time of demo. It was surprising for me. For some time I felt THEY ONLY WANTS TO SELL THEIR DEVICE. Well, I asked him the solution or it was no use for me. I asked him to give me the demo of Router and he gave me the demo. We place the router in such place where I was getting a network in my bedroom with speed of around 3 MBPS. I asked him to give me router instead of dongle. He said ok I will provide you the same and you need to pay the additional amount. I was fin with that. He said give me 2 days of time I will work on this. After that I waited for almost 6 days, I was in regular follow-up with him. Called so many times he was just committing me that I will give it to you today where it was not. Then a day came he said today I will give you the router please keep the amount and dongle with you. I was having everything with me and I called him to come to my office place he said ok give me 30 min I am coming there. He dint came so I called him so he said sorry sir it won’t be possible to give you exchange of router instead of dongle. Again it was surprise for me. What to do now I feel I got fool. Airtel just sold me the device and now they are not entertaining me. I called that executive requested him he said put a complaint. I did that again explained all the details. The customer care executive raised an complaint. Now it’s a week time nothing is happened else false commitment. I got two three calls from different number i think those are just to make me fool. Nothing is happening. I called the customer care again about the follow-up of complaint. He gives me one more conversation number for reference and told it will get resolved within 24 hours. LOL its 5 days gone now I don’t know he said 24 hours or 24 days. I am trying to call on that number to whom I got confirmation that I will get it resolve but no one receiving my call. Now all executive, airtel team not even bothering to contact me. I am literally frustrated because of this entire headache. I lost so much of my time, money for so many calls but what I got nothing. Its very simple I found they make me fool.

AirTel — I have not use a internet connection with different speed

sir me Airtel ka internet use kartha hu lekin me sufficent internet speed i have used only 115 Kpbs but my sister use this connetion as a speed of 415 KPBS please help me sir my mobile number is [protected] this number se i am use internet connection.

Still i am only calling them. :) its very surprising for me. The executive only doing promises no initiatives. Totally frustrated form AIREL.
