respected sir/madam , i had bought this no. ([protected]) on 13th February . sir on the same day i had bought samsung galaxy gt-s7562 handset , in which there was an offer that if i put the Ariel Sim on the first position then i will i get benefit of a 3g(1GB), 250 local Min's, 250sms but unfortunately i did not get that yet . sir to know why i had not got the packages i had tried to contact 121 executive through my cell but every time the computerised voice suggest me to Dial *121# and thereafter phone disconnects ... sir i am facing big trouble from last one month .. please solve it .. sir if possible please give me the above benefits and please check why i am not able to talk with customer executive .
