[Resolved] Airtel — Activation of 2g Mobile internet without prior notice | |||
Dear Sir, I'm using Air-tel connection which is provided by my employer. The connection was activated in the month of Nov 2010 for which i was getting a monthly bill of 500 except for the month of Dec 2010 because i had visited to European countries for one week for which i was charged rs.2500/- which is understandable. But now i have received the phone bill of Rs.3956.00, after verifying the bill i have found that i have been charged for mobile Internet. When i contacted the air-tel customer care they informed me that the mobile Internet is activated for my number from Nov 2011 for which i have not given any request nor they have sent me any message for activating the mobile Internet. Please let me know what is the next step for me as i cannot pay for the mobile Internet charges which i have not used. Please do reply me the earliest.
