[Resolved] Airtel — amount deducted but recharge not done through net. | |||
yesterday, i have done recharge of Rs.98/- through internet, https://pay.airtel.com/PrepaidOnlineRecharge/mobileRecharge.jsp my airtel mobile number is [protected], i have paid the amount through net banking, the amount got deduct in my bank account. but so far i did not get any recharge the transaction details of my acounts. Account Number [protected] Transaction Date 21/04/2012 Transaction Amount INR 98.00 Transaction Type DR Transaction Description eBIL/MJKB[protected]-RECHARGE M/373950 at last i did get this message. recharge status transaction message : Dear Customer, the transaction for online recharge of your airtel mobile could not be processed. Try online recharge using another bank account or another mode of payment. Please check your bank account before initiating another transaction. transaction id : 880390 recharge amount (Rs.) : 98.00 mobile no. : [protected] please do justice in my case. and do get recharge my mobile from airtel.
