Airtel — ERROR B001 | |||
I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS I AM CALLING CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THE ERROR COE B001, THEY ONLY FOOL ME SAYING THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS HAVING PROBLEM. EVERY TIME I CALL THEY ONLY SAY THIS EXCEPT YESTERDAY WHEN I CALL AROUND 12 NOON, THEY NOTED MY COMPLAINT AND SENT ME REQUEST NUMBER AND SAID THAT THEIR ENGINEER WILL VISIT AT 6:50 PM AND WILL CALL HALF AN HOUR BEFORE TILL 8:38 AM ON 3rd JUNE 2011 I.E TODAY EVEN NOT A CALL CAME. WHEN I THEN CALL CUSTOMER CARE THE TOLD THAT YOUR DATE IS 6th OF JUNE 2011. BEFORE THEY TOLD ME THAT AND NOW THIS WHAT SHOULD I DO. AIRTEL IS ONE OF THE FAMOUS AND REPECTABLE COMPANIES BUT THEY ALSO DO LIKE THIS TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. Was this information helpful? | |||
